PUBLIC & Private Experience

In-Person & Online Sessions

Hi, I'm  Georgia

I’m a qualified therapist and ongoing mental health coach for the NHS, with 2,000+ hours of supporting both NHS and private clients.

I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, obsessive traits, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply just feeling lost and unsure where to turn.

I specialise in working with individuals who experience strong emotional responses, internal conflict, and a deep sense of being misunderstood .

Alongside my professional experience, I draw on personal insights from my own journey with neurodiversity and emotional intensity.

For anyone that feels they cannot escape their mind and behaviours that never seem to change, I want you to know you are not unfixable. You’re beginning to notice what no longer feels right, and that awareness shows you are already moving forward.

You don’t need to have all the answers or show up perfectly – you just need to start, and I’ll meet you wherever you are. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.

Feeling Stuck in a Cycle of Big Emotions?

You know that feeling when your mind won’t switch off, your chest feels tight, and you can’t quite name what’s wrong – only that something is?

That’s often where therapy begins.

Not with answers, but with curiosity.

Together, we’ll look at the patterns beneath your thoughts and emotions – the ones that quietly keep you looping back to the same place – and gently start creating space for new ones.

It’s not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the version of yourself that already knows the way forward.

A blend of Person-Centred Therapy and practical Mental Health Coaching

Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms. it’s about being able to live your life fully and authentically. It’s a journey toward understanding yourself deeply, breaking free from limitations, and building the confidence to embrace each day with clarity and purpose. I offer a unique, three-path approach:

Therapy

A safe, non-judgmental space to untangle your emotions and past experiences.

Coaching

Forward-focused support to build coping tools, break patterns, and create actionable strategies.

The Blended Path

The best of both worlds. Explore the ‘why’ in depth and gain the ‘how’ to put change into action.
MY APPROACH

A blend of Person-Centred Therapy and practical Mental Health Coaching

My approach blends person-centred therapy with practical coaching because I believe understanding your patterns is only half the battle – implementing change is what creates lasting transformation. That’s why I offer a unique approach with three different paths to support you, so you can choose the one that’s right for you.

Coaching

Forward-focused support to build coping tools, break patterns, and create actionable strategies.

Therapy

A safe, non-judgmental space to untangle your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and experiences.

The blended path

The best of both worlds. Explore the ‘why’ in depth and gain the ‘how’ to put change into action.
OTHER OFFERINGS

Bespoke Workshops, Groups & Corporate Support

Discover transformative options beyond one-on-one therapy: join interactive workshops for skill-building topics like stress resilience and mindful leadership; participate in group sessions to connect with peers in a supportive environment; or explore corporate support with customised programs for teams, enhancing workplace well-being and productivity.

I offer bespoke mental health and wellbeing workshops for schools, workplaces and organisations. Topics can include neurodiversity, understanding your mind and emotions, and building everyday wellbeing and resilience. Each workshop is tailored to the group so it feels relevant and supportive for the people in the room.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

no two stories look the same. That’s exactly why this space exists.

I work with individuals from all walks of life who are feeling overwhelmed, seeking a better understanding of themselves and their relationships, or simply trying to make sense of it all.

Whether your challenges are loud and visible or quiet and internal, there’s room for them here. Therapy with me is shaped around you – your background, your experiences, your pace, and your definition of growth.

You don’t need to fit into a box to belong here.
If you’re human, you’re welcome.

“Georgia doesn’t just listen — she gets it. I used to feel stuck on the same thought loops, but now I know how to step out of them instead of getting pulled in.”

“I was terrified to start therapy. Georgia made it feel like a safe conversation, not a performance. It’s like she walks beside you — not in front of you.”

It’s therapy that feels alive. I leave every session clearer, calmer, and surprisingly hopeful. I highly recommend Georgia to anyone looking for a mental health coach.”

THERAPY 101

Not Sure Where To Start? (Download The Guide)

If you’re thinking about therapy but not quite sure how it all works – what to expect, how often to come, or what it costs – I’ve put together a simple guide to help you get clarity before you commit. It walks you through:

Frequently Asked Questions

You may have many questions in your head – and i would love to address any over a call. However, below are some that I have been asked many times – so give this a read.
WHAT KIND OF THERAPY OR COACHING DO YOU OFFER?

I offer a flexible blend of Person-Centred Therapy and Mental Health Coaching. This means we create a safe space to explore your feelings and past experiences (the therapy part) while also building practical tools and strategies to help you manage day-to-day challenges (the coaching part). It’s designed to give you both understanding and direction.

Great question. Think of it like this:

Therapy is like doing the deep excavation – understanding the ‘why’ behind your patterns, emotions, and relationships.

Coaching is like getting the blueprint and tools – it’s forward-focused, helping you build skills, break cycles, and take actionable steps.

Many clients choose the Blended Path, which gives them the best of both worlds. We can figure out what mix is right for you.

Yes, absolutely. With over 2,000 hours of client support in both NHS and private settings, I have extensive professional experience working with these traits. More importantly, I also bring lived understanding, which means I truly ‘get’ the chaos and intensity that can come with them. You won’t have to explain what it’s like from scratch.

This is a really common and valid concern. Many traditional therapies focus only on talking things through. My approach is different because it’s active and practical. We don’t just talk about what’s wrong – we work on what to do about it. The addition of coaching means you get real-world strategies and, if you choose, support between sessions to help you actually apply what we’re working on.

Yes. I offer in-person sessions in North Yorkshire and secure online video sessions for clients anywhere in the UK. Many clients find a mix of both works well for them.
Yes, I offer a limited number of evening and weekend appointments to accommodate work and family schedules. These slots are in high demand, so I’d recommend booking in advance if you need a specific time.
My session fees are [our pricing guide section]. I am a registered therapist and can provide invoices for you to submit to your private health insurer (such as Bupa, Aviva, or AXA PPP) for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking your specific policy details first.
I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy helps me manage my schedule fairly for all clients.
Don’t worry – you don’t have to figure that out on your own. In our initial consultation, we’ll talk about what you’re struggling with and what you hope to achieve. From there, I can recommend whether a therapy, coaching, or blended approach would be the best starting point for you.
For clients on the Blended Path or coaching packages, I offer the option of brief text or voice-note support between sessions. This isn’t for crisis support, but it’s perfect for those moments when you need a quick reminder of a strategy or a bit of encouragement when a challenge pops up in real-time.
SUPPORT THAT DOESN’T LEAVE YOU HANGING

Text & Mobile Support Between Sessions

Sometimes things come up after a session – a sudden wave of emotion, or a thought you can’t shake. That’s why I offer optional text or mobile support between sessions.

It’s a small but powerful bridge between therapy and real life – so you can keep feeling supported even on the in-between days.
